We want you to love your Évorèle ritual. If you change your mind, you may return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return: Email hello.evorele@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Conditions:
• For hygiene and safety, skincare products must be unopened and unused.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we make it right at no cost to you (a photo helps us resolve it fast).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If anything arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer.
