Terms of Service (UK)
1. Who we are
Évorèle is a trading name of Qovira FZE, a company registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, licence number 4430241.01, with its registered address at Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@evorele.com. We are based in the United Arab Emirates and sell to customers in the United Kingdom through this website.
2. Our products
Everything we sell is a cosmetic product. It is made to change how skin or lips look and feel, not to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and results differ from person to person. Patch-test a new product on your inner arm and stop using it if irritation occurs. The full ingredient list is on every product page.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. Delivery to UK addresses is free, so the price you see is the total you pay, and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
- You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payment is taken when you place the order.
- If a price is clearly wrong or we suspect fraud, we may cancel the order; any payment taken is refunded in full.
4. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, and we tell you and refund you if we do.
5. Delivery
We deliver to United Kingdom addresses. Orders are handed to our fulfilment partner within 1–3 working days and most arrive within 9–14 days of ordering, tracked. The goods are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to the address you gave us. Full details are on the delivery, returns and cancellation page.
6. Changing your mind and returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we extend that to 30 days for unopened items. Skincare that has been unsealed cannot be returned under the cancellation right for hygiene reasons unless it is faulty. How it works, and the model cancellation form, are on the returns page.
7. Faulty goods and your statutory rights
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you can reject them within 30 days for a full refund, or ask for a replacement. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care, up to the price you paid for the affected order. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law says cannot be limited.
9. Content and trade marks
The text, images and branding on this site belong to Qovira FZE and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Complaints and the law
If something goes wrong, email hello@evorele.com and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. We are not required to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme; independent advice is available from Citizens Advice.
